This is a meaningless statement, but sometimes things can not say anything more or less than they are. In this case it may be useful to correct them by how it is one thing to point out. Change announcement or any change has no effect on what actually ship. Just what you call it or how you think about it, is replaced by the words or ideas. Each person can call it what they will. This is the same. I personally do when you get involved in the actual situation to know, or I would have felt like a calling than a second. Those were the words that I would rely on was trying to communicate. Do you find it irritating when someone says
